Common Questions

A delivery partner can be connected through the Andriod mobile application.

Yes. The delivery fee has to be paid at the pickup point.

You can be rest assured of their credibility and genuineness. All of them are City Police Verified for a clean slate and are recruited only after a thorough and comprehensive screening process.

Please give your items to be delivered in a packed condition. Our delivery personnel will tape it accordingly. If you don't wish to tape it, please let the delivery personnel know and please read the clause that is listed in the T&C.

The package should ideally be carried in the bike comfortably. The Rider has the right to reject any package that would not be suitable to be carried in a bike.

The package cost or Rs. 5000 (whichever is lowest) is the liability that the company would bear. See the T&C for a clear picture on this.

The distance is calculated and powered by Google Maps. The accuracy solely depends on the Maps.
